• Non-Stretch String lasts longer and includes a 4-inch chain.
• Charms may vary based on availability:

NOTE: DM or include charm preference in notes. Out-of-stock charms will be replaced with alternatives.

Charm Selection:

• Charms selection Varies. Please put in the notes if you want a specific charm. If not notified of the charm selection, your set will come with the creator's choice.

Measuring Guide:

• Decide where you want your beads to rest on your waist and measure around that area.

• Take your waist measurement at least 2-3 times to ensure that it is accurate.

• Make sure the measuring tape is snug, but not tight and not too loose.

• If you will be wearing your waist beads to help you lose weight (non-flexible string), measure comfortably at the narrowest part of your waist located above your belly button (should usually be placed 1/2 to 1 inch above the navel). Not too tight!! As you lose weight, they will begin to loosen and fall.

• Measure yourself on bare skin. Do not wrap your tape or string over your clothing (unless you plan on wearing them over your clothing).

Please measure yourself correctly. Orders placed that require adjusting are subject to a fee depending on size difference and style and will be charged for labor and material, as well as an additional return shipping charge of $7.85 Domestic / $40 International.
